On/since July 2006 while my two minor daughters, and myself, the (3)
of us, (were/remain) under care of Glacier Medical Assoc. (Drs. Paul
Reeb, Ron Miller, Mary Ann Carlson) and "referred" Union Square
Medical Associates (Drs. Stricker and Green) UCSF Medical Center, San
Francisco and "referred" Columbia Univ. Medical Center, NY (Drs.
Fallon/Corbera)
Crime - Bogus 'Munchausen's by proxy' (w/ double jeopardy) bogus
further Malicious Retaliatory "Delusional-Somatoform" - "None of her
physical symptoms nor the physical symptoms of her two minor children
have ever been substantiated by any physicians. She is a harm to
herself, her children and others" -
HELD HOSTAGE (in state custody) w/ Medicaid Fraud, assault and
