Protection, subsequent divorce and Divorce Decree -
Denied rights, privileges and immunities of Spousal Financial
Responsibility for Health Care which constitutes Spousal and Child
Neglect and Abuse, further, by and thru "knowingly willful" and
willful-neglect (HIPAA) violations for personal, commercial and ideas
and political beliefs self-gain.
With unlwful-Discriminaton/victimization(injury), Abusvie Harassment
(humiliaiton, intimidation, threats, coercion and manipulation) and

graduate of Harvard Medical School, entered Motion, Petition and
Affavadit as a legal guardian under (ADA) Federal law - denied by
Flathead Judge Ted. O. Lympus, with outright unlawful discrimination,
humiliation, intimidation and retaliation against Julie A. Griffith,
MD Adult/Pediatric Neurologist protecting our rights, privileges and
immunites under (ADA) Federal law - who testified telephically to
Judge Lympus, - "I will not allow my patient to participate in legal proceedings in
Montana without legal counsel and guardian ad litems. Her and her two
minor daughters (as individuals) and (by association and relationship)
rights are being denied under (ADA) Federal law. If this court cannot
do this, then this case needs to change venue to a court that can,
like California."
Judge Lympus "blatently" ignored Julie A Griffith's entered written
and telephonic testimony, further denying our rights under (ADA)
Federal law.
